Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
- Create and maintain executive reports, spreadsheets, and databases
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support executive team in meeting preparation, including agenda creation, meeting materials, and follow-up actions
- Assist with project management and coordination
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle and prioritize incoming communications and inquiries
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, senior administrative assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Fluent spoken and written English
