As the lead recruiter for LoftyHire, you will be pioneering the recruitment process for a brand-new company that plays a crucial role in connecting top talents from PH, India, and LatAm to USA-based companies. This position offers a unique chance to shape and lead the recruitment strategy of a company dedicated to making global talent accessible to American businesses. LoftyHire acts as a vital bridge, expertly matching the best international candidates with roles that suit their skills and aspirations, ensuring that USA-based companies gain access to a broader, highly skilled talent pool. Your role will be instrumental in driving the companys mission forward, setting standards, and establishing the operational excellence that will define LoftyHires reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement an effective recruiting strategy to attract top talent.
2. Develop and refine job descriptions and specifications to accurately reflect position requirements.
3. Utilize various sourcing methods such as databases, social media, and networking to identify and engage with potential candidates.
4. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
5. Conduct interviews using a variety of techniques and tools to assess candidate suitability.
6. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and aptitudes to determine their fit for specific roles.
7. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
8. Generate detailed and insightful recruiting reports to track progress and inform decision-making.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
2. Proficiency in conducting different types of interviews, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
3. Hands-on experience with various selection processes such as video interviewing, phone screening, and reference checks.
4. Ability to administer personality and skills assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Put 'Yellow' at the top of your cover letter.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
6. Strong decision-making abilities to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring recommendations.
