Role Overview

We are looking for a SAP PM Business Partner Consultant to join an international SAP program. The selected professional will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication, supporting decision-making processes and ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP PM capabilities.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring a strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with multicultural teams across different regions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate communication and support decision-making processes.
• Validate business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP PM capabilities.
• Participate in testing, user validation and training activities.
• Support change management and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with international teams across multiple locations.
• Assist in coordinating project activities and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide business-oriented guidance throughout project execution.
  
  

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM processes and best practices.
• Experience working as a Business Partner, Business Analyst or functional liaison role.
• Experience participating in rollout or transformation projects.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders and teams across different countries and cultures.
• Availability for international travel up to 50% of the time.
• Availability to start in the short term.
