We are seeking our next Sales Managers. We are looking for professionals with a strategic vision, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships, who are eager to take on the challenge of driving the company's business development alongside our national partners.

This Position Will Be Key To

• Developing and managing alliances, strengthening partnerships, and overseeing commercial training and follow-ups.
• Identifying growth opportunities based on a strategic vision, enhancing the Cardif brand nationwide.
• Supporting the execution of strategies that generate value for each of our partners.
  
  

We are looking for profiles with a high capacity for influence, analytical thinking, and disciplined execution, characterized by agility and proactivity within the dynamic environments in which our organization operates.

Professional Profile

• Degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial area. Knowledge and experience in the insurance sector is important.
• Availability to travel nationwide.
  
  

Terms And Conditions

• Permanent contract directly with the company.
• Salary: $3,520,000 base, plus corresponding legal benefits.
• Benefits package: Life insurance, health insurance, membership in a mutual savings fund, and voluntary extra-legal allowances provided by the company.
