Position Summary\n We are seeking a proactive and organized Legal Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and entry-level roles. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with Hiring Managers to support the firms growth and talent acquisition strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.\nCreate, maintain, and update job postings across multiple sourcing platforms.\nSource candidates through ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting channels.\nConduct candidate screenings and virtual interviews via Zoom.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.\nManage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS.\nPrepare, present, and negotiate employment offers.\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\nSupport compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.\nQualifications\n3+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience.\nExperience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar platforms.\nStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.\nKnowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and hiring best practices.\nProficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong time management skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.\nKey Competencies\nFull-Cycle Recruitment\nCandidate Sourcing\nInterviewing & Assessment\nOffer Negotiation\nStakeholder Management\nRelationship Building\nCommunication Skills\nTime Management\nAttention to Detail\nProblem Solving & Adaptability\nExperience Required: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting\n English Level: Advanced (C1-C2 preferred)\n Tools: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Microsoft Office, Zoom.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
