Operations Coordinator - Bilingual Social Media Engagement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients on LinkedIn through thoughtful comments, messages, and follow-ups.

Respond to leads and help move promising conversations toward scheduled meetings.

Draft and occasionally publish social media content.

Monitor the business inbox, respond to routine emails, and alert the founder to anything that needs his attention.

Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish, take messages, and follow up as needed.

Track conversations, appointments, and outstanding tasks.

Look for ways to improve engagement and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn engagement and social media communication.

Strong written English and confident spoken English and Spanish.

Experience in lead follow-up, customer service, office coordination, executive support, or a similar role.

A professional, personable communication style and good judgment about when to involve the founder.

Reliable availability throughout California business hours.
