· What youll be doing:\nSales Expert Home services and mobile telephony. \nResponsibilities include handling billing, plan changes, and sales. \nCustomers reach out regarding their bills\nthe role involves resolving issues and offering additional services via chat.\nAssist customers with their inquiries and issues.\nDemonstrate a deep understanding of services and products, staying up to date with new features and updates.\nFast-paced adaptability\nThe TOP Team is looking for someone who:\nB2 + English level.\nEnjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.\nProactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.\nExceptional attention to detail\nSolid judgment & critical thinking\nGreat communicator\nExceptional listening skills and questioning\nHighly disciplined
