Talent Operations and AI Manager

Were looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead AI implementation, process optimization, and operational excellence within our Talent Acquisition organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead AI, automation, and technology initiatives across Talent Acquisition.\nImprove recruiting operations through process optimization and continuous improvement.\nDevelop and track KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting.\nManage and optimize ATS and recruiting technology platforms.\nLead recruiting coordination and administrative operations teams.\nDrive cross-functional projects and change management initiatives.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Process Improvement, or related fields.\nExperience implementing AI, automation, HR technology, or operational transformation initiatives.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with process optimization, operational excellence, and KPI management.\nLeadership experience managing operational or coordination teams preferred.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera Profesional
