Bilingual Panel Onboarding and Activation Agent - Connecting Households Across the Region

Are you passionate about connecting with people, building trust, and using your English skills every day in an international environment?\nAt Ibope, part of Fifty5Blue, we are launching an exciting initiative that supports audience measurement and consumer research projects across the region, including North America.\nWe are looking for a Panel Onboarding & Activation Agent to engage with households across the region, guide them through the onboarding journey, and help them become active participants in one of the worlds leading audience measurement programs.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy communicating with people, influencing decisions, creating positive experiences, and working in a dynamic, international environment.\nWhat Youll Do\n Communicate daily in English with households across the region, including North America.\n Introduce participants to the program and guide them through the onboarding process.\n Build trust, answer questions, and explain the value and benefits of participating.\n Handle objections professionally and support participants throughout their journey.\n Maintain accurate records and follow established operational procedures.\n Collaborate with international teams and contribute to a strategic global initiative.\n Achieve performance goals related to participant engagement, onboarding, and retention.\nWhat Were Looking For\n Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level) with strong conversational skills.\n Technical degree, technologist diploma, or ongoing university studies in business, administration, communications, marketing, customer service, social sciences, or related fields.
