Position Title: Payroll Associate \n On-site (Bogotá, Medellin and Barranquilla) \nMonday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.\nAbout the Role\nThe Payroll Associate is responsible for the accurate processing and recording of client payrolls while delivering exceptional customer service. This fastpaced role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple payrolls efficiently and compliantly.\nKey Responsibilities\nSchedule and manage multiple client payrolls.\nEnsure payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulations.\nApply proper payroll taxation.\nProcess wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies correctly.\nPrepare accurate quarterend and yearend reports.\nProvide ad hoc reports to clients.\nWork with clients across different payroll environments (time & attendance, payroll processing, reporting).\nResolve client questions regarding payroll and systems.\nManage client projects and coordinate payroll activities endtoend.\nRespond to client calls and inquiries promptly.\nDeliver highquality customer service with followup and accountability.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMust-Have Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nMinimum 1 year of customer service experience.\nENGLISH C1.\nStrong organizational, time management, problemsolving, and prioritization skills.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
