We are seeking a Head of Growth\nWe are looking for a Head of Growth to lead and scale our growth and marketing efforts with a strong focus on execution, data, and measurable business impact.\nWork Conditions\nRemote\nEligible countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Peru\nWorking hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM CST\nResponsibilities\nDefine and lead the overall growth and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.\nTranslate business goals into clear, scalable growth initiatives.\nDrive customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.\nOversee execution of growth initiatives and campaigns across channels.\nStandardize processes for execution, reporting, and optimization.\nIdentify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.\nCollaborate closely with leadership and crossfunctional teams to align growth with company priorities.\nRequirements\n2-3 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Growthfocused Marketing leadership.\nProven track record of scaling acquisition or revenue in startups or scaleups.\nC1/C2 English level (required)\nStrong analytical and datadriven mindset.\nHandson, executionoriented profile with strong ownership.\nExperience building systems and processes.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera técnica
