Brightspeed is looking for Bilingual Customer Retention & Payment Solutions Agents to join a new campaign focused on helping customers keep their internet services active through professional support, payment guidance, and solution-oriented conversations.
This is not a hard collections environment. The focus of the role is to support customers who are motivated to resolve their payment situation because they want to keep their internet connection active. You will mainly handle outbound calls, understand the customer’s situation, offer payment alternatives according to company policies, and follow up on assigned accounts.
This campaign combines customer service, retention, negotiation, and performance-driven results in a soft collections environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers with pending payments or assigned accounts.
- Support customers by helping them find payment solutions to keep their internet service active.
- Negotiate payment arrangements according to company policies.
- Manage conversations with empathy, professionalism, and a customer retention mindset.
- Follow up on payment agreements and assigned accounts.
- Keep accurate and updated records of customer interactions.
- Provide a clear, professional, and positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance goals established by the campaign.
Requirements:
- English level B2+ or C1.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, customer retention, payment support, outbound campaigns, or collections.
- Sales experience is highly valued.
- Outbound call experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve results.
- Ability to handle customer conversations with empathy, confidence, and solution focus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability to work on-site.
