What You'll Do
As an Accounting Analyst, you will work closely with the Corporate Accounting Supervisor to ensure the accuracy of ThrivePass' financial records, support daily accounting operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our Finance team.
Responsibilities

Load and categorize banking transactions in QuickBooks.

Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.

Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring vendor invoices are paid on time.

Enter bills and maintain accurate records within our bill payment platform.

Manage accounts receivable activities, including monitoring payments and following up on outstanding invoices.

Serve as the primary point of contact for invoicing and payment-related inquiries.

Respond to finance-related questions from internal teams and clients.

Support the FinOps team with bank approvals and QuickBooks workflows.

Assist with financial reporting and record maintenance.

Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed.

Must Haves
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Attention to detail and structured work approach.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Experience in bank reconciliations and basic accounting processes.

Critical thinking and ability to analyze large datasets.
-
Understanding of the U.S. banking system and ability to work with USD transactions.

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Nice to Have
-
Experience working with foreign currencies.

Additional certifications or courses in accounting or finance.

Familiarity with metrics, reporting, and deadlines.
