Ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, operational environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport execution of tradeshows, conferences, and sponsorships\nManage workflows, timelines, and tasks in Wrike\nMaintain event portals and submit required materials\nKeep documentation organized and updated\nGenerate project plans, progress reports, and status updates\nCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors\nTrack budgets, invoicing, and financial accuracy\nIdentify improvements in event and sponsorship processes\nParticipate in training and best practice initiatives\nRequirements\n23 years of experience in project coordination or management\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to work in fast-paced environments\nExperience with budget tracking or invoicing\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Wrike)\nExperience in events, tradeshows, or sponsorships.
