You’ll play a key role ensuring smooth freight movement, proactive problem-solving, and real-time communication with customers and carriers, all while growing your career in an international environment.

What You’ll Do
Track and monitor shipments through multiple carriers and systems.
Identify potential delays and act quickly to resolve them.
Communicate real-time updates to customers, dispatch, and operations.
Maintain accurate shipment data and ensure all documentation is complete.
Collaborate across teams to guarantee a seamless freight experience.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Track & Trace, dispatch, or freight visibility.
Strong knowledge of domestic and cross-border freight operations.
Proficiency in TMS platforms and carrier communications.
Detail-oriented, organized, and great at problem-solving.
Excellent English communication skills (bilingual role).
