We’re Hiring: B2B Sales Representative (Part-Time)

At Valent Legal Solutions, we’re looking for a proactive and driven professional to support our sales and client acquisition efforts with U.S.-based clients.

- Position: B2B Sales Associate
- Modality: Hybrid -Based in Medellin (4 days remote, 1 day per week in a coworking space.)
- Schedule: Part-Time
- Compensation: $1,500,000 COP + Bonus up to $350.000 COP per acquired client + Annual Christmas Bonus paid in December

Requirements:

*C1 English level (spoken and written)
*2 years of experience in B2B sales or client acquisition
*Experience communicating with U.S. clients
*Strong communication and follow-up skills
*Goal-oriented and organized mindset
*CRM or outbound prospecting experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

* Prospect potential clients
* Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
* Follow up with leads and maintain pipeline organization
* Support client communication and sales meetings
* Help generate new business opportunities
