Project Manager

Remote Colombia Medellín We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong knowledge of software development processes and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing development teams, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring successful execution of small to medium sized IT projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or coordination roles.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of project management methodologies and core management areas.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering small to medium-sized projects in the IT industry.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong willingness and ability to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (High) level or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Work within Agile methodologies to lead the planning, management, and execution of application development projects while ensuring transparency across project deliverables.
• Assist in coordinating sprint planning and release planning activities.
• Establish, maintain, and improve project reporting practices and delivery tracking.
• Manage and support development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the delivery of fixed-price software development projects.
• Participate in product and project roadmap planning and monitor execution progress.
• Support and contribute to pre-sales and client-facing activities.
