Logistics Analyst

Location: Medellín, Colombia

Contract Type: Permanent

️ Schedule: Night-shift and Weekends.

Core Functions:

• Book Trucks for the logistics operation
• Track and Trace shipments
• Contact shippers, carriers, drivers and any other stakeholder involved in the operation
• Update Reports, dashboards, milestones, timestamps
• Check POP and PODs when the cargo is picked up and delivered
• Generate and revise documentation such as AWB, BOL, etc.

Key Characteristics and Qualifications:

• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Great team working
• Experience working in US-based logistics companies
• High English level
• Track and Trace experience
