Job Opportunity for Bilingual Candidates Foundever Bogotá

· Were Hiring: Tech Support Agents
· For a global technology company that transforms the customer experience with digital solutions for major brands.
·
· Main Responsibilities:\n Answering technical support calls (66%), emails, and chats (33%).\n Assisting with the initial setup of new stores.\n Following up on tickets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
·
· Requirements:\n B2 English level or higher.\n High school diploma completed.\n Basic knowledge of technical support and digital tools.\n Must be 18 years or older and reside in Bogotá.\n Availability to work 44 hours per week (full-time).
·
· We Offer:\n Permanent contract with full legal benefits.\n Monthly salary of $3,300,000 COP + two days off per week.\n Fully paid training.\n Hybrid work model (in-office + remote).\n Job stability and professional growth within a solid company.
· Foreigners must provide PPT and passport.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
