· Job description:\n We are looking for a Bilingual Appointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing incoming patient referrals and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
· Responsibilities :\n * Answer a HIGH volume of phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and friendly manner.\n * Schedule appointments for new and existing patients in accordance with clinic policies and provider availability, medical records.\n * Communicate with patients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments.\n * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.\n * Answer patient questions and provide general information about our services. \n * Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.\n \nSkills:\n * Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is a must.\n * Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.\n * Strong organizational and time-management skills. \n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
