We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Payroll Associate to join our team. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires the ability to think critically, act quickly, and provide outstanding service to clients across the Americas.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, especially in phone-based interactions, as the role involves frequent direct communication with international clients. Accuracy, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service are essential for success in this position.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and schedule multiple client payrolls simultaneously in a timely and efficient manner.\nEnsure all payroll transactions are processed accurately, in compliance with applicable regulations and deadlines.\nUnderstand and apply payroll taxation rules and requirements.\nCalculate and process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies correctly.\nPrepare and submit accurate quarter-end and year-end payroll reports.\nGenerate and deliver ad hoc payroll reports to clients as needed.\nWork across different payroll systems and environments, including time and attendance platforms.\nRespond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional support in English.\nResolve payroll-related issues and system questions efficiently.\nCoordinate payroll processes end-to-end with clients, ensuring smooth execution.\nManage client-related projects and ensure timely delivery of results.\nMaintain a high level of customer service, including consistent follow-up and accountability.\nHandle inbound and outbound client calls, demonstrating strong phone presence and communication skills.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nMinimum of 1+ year of customer service experience (payroll experience is a plus).\nAdvanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), with strong verbal communication skills, especially for phone interactions with international clients.\nExcellent phone presence and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.\nProven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable working 100% on-site in one of the following cities: Bucaramanga, Bogotá, Medellín, or Barranquilla.\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to work in an international, client-facing environment.\nProfessional growth within payroll and customer service operations.\nExposure to multiple payroll systems and processes.\nCollaborative and performance-driven work culture.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación Básica Secundaria
