Bilingual Talent Acquisition Analyst

As Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsable of the end to end of the selection cycle; sourcing, screening, selection and hiring of qualified candidates in the BPO industry.

What do you need to be part of this team:

• Professionals or students from psychology, business administration or related careers.
• At least 1 year of working experiencie in talent acquisition roles.
• English B2+/C1.
  
  

Job Conditions

• Work labor contract for 2 months, then indefinite term contract.
• Salary: $2'800.000 + Comission up to $200.000.
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 6:00 pm.
• 100% on site: Bogotá, Engativa.
