What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing client accounts – Cooperating with insurance companies, updating patient records, and ensuring accuracy.

Tracking payments & billing – Processing, monitoring, and verifying financial transactions.

Data entry & policy verification – Ensuring all insurance and financial records are up to date.

Generating reports – Preparing monthly financial summaries and client-requested reports.

Ensuring compliance – Maintaining confidentiality and following security guidelines.

Problem-solving & support – Assisting in resolving account issues and internal system tickets.

What You Bring:

Experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare or insurance.

Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of financial reports, including P&L.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).

A proactive approach & ability to operate independently.
