I’m helping Intelligent Security Systems Corporation (ISS) find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Inside Sales/Office Manager.


This is a cool job because you'll drive growth in a dynamic tech firm, shaping Latin America's IT evolution.


Compensation:

USD 1.3K - 1.6K/month.

+ Commissions (~ USD200 /month)


Location:

Torre Samsung, Avenida Carrera 7, Usaquén, Cundinamarca, Colombia.

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You are proficient in CRM administration, lead qualification, office administration, and order processing.
  • Spanish - Fully fluent.
  • English - Conversational.

What You'll Be Doing:

Sales Support:

  • Process orders for the region with precision.
  • Manage procurement to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Administer and optimize our CRM for seamless operations.
  • Qualify leads, connecting with integrators and end customers.
  • Collaborate closely with local marketing teams for lead registration and qualification.
  • Track opportunities and provide detailed analytics to the sales team.


Office Management:

  • Handle general administration, including supplies and office organization.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming office environment.
  • Support internal events with logistical expertise.


Team Collaboration:

  • Prepare insightful CRM reports for the Sales Team and Regional Director.
  • Facilitate staff visits, meetings, events and guest interactions.
  • Be a driving force in supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining vendor relationships, and tackling ad hoc functions with excellence.


Expectations:

  • This is an in-office position based in an exclusive area in the north of Bogotá , with breathtaking views of the mountains and the city .
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST .
  • Competitive compensation paid in USD .
