You will be responsible for supporting users throughout their journey, answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with the software.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to their questions and concerns via Slack, email, and phone calls.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand customer needs and help them get the most out of our platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to educate customers and enhance their experience.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support roles within a SaaS company.
- Have previous experience working with U.S. or Canadian companies, understanding the expectations and service standards of these markets.
- A “people person” who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
- A team player who is collaborative, supportive, and always willing to learn.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and systems.
