Técnico o Tecnólogo o estudiante de sexto semestre en adelante de carreras profesionales en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o formaciones afines a servicios de tecnología de la información.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en soporte técnico remoto y atención al cliente.
Solucionar incidentes tecnológicos en mesa de ayuda a través de soporte técnico remoto.
Funciones
- Brindar soporte técnico remoto (telefónico, web y chat) a usuarios finales de la mesa de ayuda.
- Resolver inquietudes sobre instalación, operación, configuración, personalización y uso de productos asignados.
- Aplicar técnicas básicas de diagnóstico para identificar problemas, investigar causas y recomendar soluciones para corregir fallas comunes.
- Escalar incidentes a otros grupos de soporte y potenciales eventos masivos.
- Mantenimiento de software y hardware
- Sistemas operativos Microsoft y Office.
- Bases de Procesos de Tecnología, Infraestructura y Comunicaciones.
