A competitive salary of $3,080,000 COP for 46 hours per week
Two days off per week
Fixed morning or afternoon shifts

What will you do in this role?
Youll handle calls from customers seeking assistance with inquiries through the platform. Youll provide exceptional customer service, guiding each interaction toward customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
Experience in call centers, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
A positive, customer-focused attitude
Excellent internet connection
