Production Operator

Estamos buscando Operarios (as) de Producción con experiencia en áreas de manufactura, que nos ayuden a construir el futuro.

Con base en Bogotá, Colombia, el Operario de Producción es responsable de apoyar el proceso productivo garantizando alistamiento de materiales, empaque de producto, traslado de producto terminado, cumplimiento de los procesos de calidad, seguridad y ambiental.

El operador es responsable del funcionamiento adecuado de la máquina, asegurar la calidad del producto, garantizar la eficiencia y la productividad de las líneas de producción, así como los procedimientos y normas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente

Principales Funciones

Operación, cargue y descargue de máquinas, verificar los parámetros del pedido y solicitud del cliente, controlar la calidad del producto y monitorear las variables del proceso, asegurar el estándar de producción, empaque y alistamiento del producto.

Identificar el producto, clasificar y pesar la chatarra Use el EPP correctamente y realice las actividades de manera segura Participar en las actividades del HSE y los programas de formación desarrollados por la empresa. Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y ordenado y mejore el programa 6S

¿A quién estamos buscando?

• Personas con estudios de Bachiller culminados exitosamente.
• Para el personal masculino, situación militar definida.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en áreas de producción, en empresas de transformación de materias primas, laboratorios farmacéuticos, empresas de alimentos, entre otros.
• Experiencia en trabajos por turnos rotativos por semana, de 8 horas, jornada mañana, tarde y noche.
• Conocimiento de BPM y 5S
• Conocimiento de indicadores de producción
• Conocimiento en normas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo
