- Leadership of all department activities within the hotel, working in collaboration with Housekeeping, F&B, and other revenue generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the sales department.
- Implementation of the hotel's sales strategy, in order to reach and go beyond the expected figures in Rooms, A&B, and other departments.
- Ensure that sales activities are aligned with the hotel's corporate marketing strategy.
- He is responsible for presenting statistics or other information from the sales area to the Leadership Committee.
- Attends departmental meetings and ensures that during their execution they are carried out with clear and precise information for his team.
- Ensure that sales department associates provide the best possible service to internal and external customers.

- Leads the management of all key sales accounts and groups.
- Create strategies for allocating prices, inventory, and sales resources.
- Actively participates in sales meetings, developing and adjusting sales accounts and pricing strategies.
- Assist and coordinate sales activities, as well as make sure to inform the entire hotel.
- Maintains an updated database of group leaders, national and international conferences, among others in order to ensure the implementation of appropriate activities for the development of the department.
- Ensures that sales proposals, digital tools and other sales communications are in line with the hotel's brand standards and are up to date in terms of information.
- Be attentive to commercial, political and/or social situations that may affect the financial performance of the hotel.

- English as second language
- Knowledge of hotel systems
- Minimum experience of 5 years in chain hotels.
- Skills:
- Leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, assertive communication, persuasion, teamwork.
