Summary
Objective:
Leadership of all department activities within the hotel, working in collaboration with Housekeeping, F&B, and
Implementation of the hotel's sales strategy, in order to reach and go beyond the expected figures in Rooms, A&B, and other departments.
Ensure that sales activities are aligned with the hotel's corporate marketing strategy.
He is responsible for presenting statistics or other information from the sales area to the Leadership Committee.
Attends departmental meetings and ensures that during their execution they are carried out with clear and precise information for his team.
Ensure that sales department associates provide the best possible service to internal and external customers.
Responsible for the annual sales budget

Ensures that established hotel guidelines are met, with the maintenance of financial records, money management and licensing, including timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

Maintains an updated database of group leaders, national and international conferences, among others in order to ensure the implementation of appropriate activities for the development of the department.
Ensures that sales proposals, digital tools and other sales communications are in line with the hotel's brand standards and are up to date in terms of information.
Be attentive to commercial, political and/or social situations that may affect the financial performance of the hotel.
