Position: Business Development Representative (BDR).

Salary Range: $1750 - $2250 USD/per month, based on experience.

Type of contract: Independent Contractor | Full-Time.

Support Shepherd, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a passionate and organized Business Development Representative to join our Client's team. We are currently seeking a results-driven Business Development Professional tasked with cultivating new business opportunities, with the potential for overseeing the maintenance and management of client accounts thereafter.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate quality leads by conducting market research.
  • Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify opportunities for creating value.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Manage CRM and Project Management tools.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Build data trackers, reports, and analyses.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly internal and client reports.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
  • Minimum 3 years of business-to-business sales experience, ideally selling IT training, consulting services or CRM systems.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as LinkedIn Prospecting, CRM’s such as Apollo, Zoominfo, or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in the English language and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Strong research skills to identify new market opportunities, understand competitors, and gather customer insights
  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service and support, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High level of meticulousness and attention to detail.
