Responsabilities: 

• Lead the design team in developing interactive experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
• Hybrid attendance to our office in Bogota.
• Collaborate with creative, development, and marketing teams to ensure the final product meets the client's goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and ensure consistency across all projects.
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final delivery.
• Work closely with our developers and technology teams.
• Stay current on what is relevant today and for the customer in culture and trends.
• Provide guidance and feedback to designers to ensure the highest quality work is produced.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our work is cutting-edge and innovative.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
• Work closely with the client to understand their vision and goals for the project, and ensure that the final product exceeds their expectations.
• Present design concepts and ideas to clients, and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, and act as the primary point of contact for all design-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in interactive design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and ideas to clients effectively.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools.
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles and how to apply them to digital experiences.
• Experience working in an agency or studio environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong experience working with Tech and Dev teams.
• Experience in interactive software and hardware solutions.
• UX/UI platforms, 3D and 4D hardware and software, VR/AR solutions management.
• Implementation of  technologies or executions that define culture.
